Now You Can Go Gluten Free & Still Eat All of Your Favorite Foods

How do you know if you are intolerant to gluten?

Common symptoms of gluten intolerance include brain fog, skin disorders, auto-immune disorders, headaches, bloating, joint and muscle pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and in some cases depression.

If more than three of those symptoms apply to you, then I recommend you head to a biochemical nutritionist to get yourself tested. It’s what I did twelve years ago when I was exhibiting numerous symptoms of being gluten intolerant.

After getting tested, my nutritionist gave me a list of foods I should be eating and a list of foods to stay away from so that I could keep my body clean.

After realizing I could no longer eat processed foods that I loved (like bagels, pizza and bread), I ventured to health food stores and back then… they seemed like a scary place. I bought everything on the shelves labeled gluten-free—but something wasn’t adding up. I felt better; but I didn’t feel amazing.

So what was going wrong? It turns out ‘gluten-free’ doesn’t mean that your food isn’t made with strange stabilizers and shelf-life extending ingredients. I was eating all these preservative chemicals and they were throwing my body off balance.

I’ve been searching for healthy gluten-free & dairy-free breads for over a decade and because I haven’t been able to find them, I made them for me and for you.

These five products are gluten-free, dairy-free, and ALSO free from all the shelf-life extending chemicals that wreak havoc on your body.

  1. Mini-Everything Bagels (try it with Cashew Crème Cheeze)

2. Indian Summer Bread

3. Carried Away Bread

4. Banana Bread

5. Good for Me Pizza

What makes these products different is that we use seeds as our base—including flax meal, almond flour, gluten-free oats, and carrot pulp. These ingredients are all dehydrated in house (which is a long and laborious process) so that we can make sure we’re eating living foods, rather than overly processed foods that maintain little to no nutrient content.

If you’re like me and want to try them all, I recommend you sign up for a Meal Plan Cleanse that gives you breakfast, lunch, and dinner with three juices (all in one day).  It’s the most cost effective way to get them all in your belly—and you’ll feel amazing too ;)
